Key Engineering Group was retained to provide services for the re-development of an old industrial site which contained underground storage systems, and various types of contaminants. We also worked to solve the soil quality concerns which required deep foundations. We obtained approval of the Remedial Action Plan in 30 days in order to meet the financing commitments.
