Key Engineering Group was retained to provide Site Environmental Services for soil and groundwater as well as asbestos and lead paint for the re-development of the former industrial foundry building. Key Engineering Group worked closely with the lender to conduct the Site Investigation after soil removal since the site was to be excavated to 20 feet in depth. The larger building in the background was then constructed while the old Kramer Foundry building was redeveloped. Key Engineering Group provided the lender with guaranteed cost in order for the loan to close and development to begin.
