Project Description

Key Engineering Group was responsible for the civil design of the project along with providing environmental services. Those services included a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) and asbestos sampling and assessments. The severe sloping of the site along with an extremely tight work area required the project team to coordinate on a daily basis to ensure a successful project. Key Engineering Group along with the owner and architects worked extremely hard to design the site while overcoming the many challenges the site presented the team with.
